We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments.
What You Need to Know
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know 48 hours in advance.
Clients who have failed not to notify us within the 48 hour time period will be subject to a 100% charge of the total appointment cost.
This will have to be made before another can be made.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment & this will have to be made before another can be made.
If you know you can’t make your appointment please let us know as soon as you can to avoid being charged.
